View in real time what your child is doing during the day!  This service is provided by Kids R Kids #40.  You will receive a username and password that you will use to log in.

Live viewing through iPod touch, iPhone and iPad (iOS 4.2 or later).  This is currently a free app that works over 3G and Wi-Fi connections.  For 3G connection, please check with your cellular provider regarding your data and usage plan BEFORE using this application.

Instructions for use.

  • Connect your Apple device to your PC or Mac through iTunes / Or launch the app store directly through your Apple device.
  • From the  app store,  search for "aver iviewer" (without the quotes)
  • Download and install the AVer iViewer iViewer free Application
  • Make sure you are connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi / 3G  and launch the AVer iViewer iViewer App
  • At the login screen, enter the following information
  • IP: 173.165.167.222
  • Port: 5550 (FOR DVR #1 - Suite 100-350)
  • Port: 5552 (FOR DVR #2 - Suite 400-500 + Pre K & After School)
  • ID & Password: same ones used for PC / Internet Explorer access.

  • On your Android phone, go to Market.
  • Touch the magnifying glass to search
  • In the search window, type "aver iviewer" (without the quotes)
  • Download and install the AVer iViewer free Application
  • Touch OK, to allow Internet Access
  • When the software is installed, it will be in the list of installed applications
  • Make sure you have service and launch the AVer iViewer App
  • At first launch, it will try to take you to the demo site.  Hit the address book button and then hit the plus "+" to create a new item
  • Put in the following information
  • Location: KRK40 (name does not matter, label however you wish)
  • IP: 173.165.167.222
  • Port: 5550 (FOR DVR #1 - Suite 100-350)
  • Port: 5552 (FOR DVR #2 - Suite 400-500 + Pre K & After School)
  • ID & Password: same ones used for PC / Internet Explorer access.
  • Hit save and connect
  • You can remove the demo site from the address book at any time.


Live viewing through Blackberry Phones.  This is currently a free java app that works over your cellular data connection.  Please check with your cellular provider regarding your data and usage plan BEFORE using this application.

Instructions for use.

  • From your Blackberry device, launch your Internet browser and go to the following address http://www.havenpc.com/java
  • Highlight and install the JAVA-Viewer.jar file.
  • Once installed, go to your applications and launch the JAVA-Viewer app
  • Once the Java Viewer app is open, hit the Menu button
  • Click on Connect
  • At the login screen, enter the following information
  • DVR IP: 173.165.167.222
  • Port: 5550 (FOR DVR #1 - Suite 100-350)
  • Port: 5552 (FOR DVR #2 - Suite 400-500 + Pre K & After School)
  • User ID & Password: same ones used for PC / Internet Explorer access.
  • Hit the track ball, and and click connect.
  • Click yes, you want to allow the low-level network connection
  • Once connected, hit the Menu buttonto select different cameras.

PC Requirements:

IBM or PC Compatible machine running Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7.  Please download and install all critical updates and service packs.

Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher (The software will not install or work with Firefox, Safari, or any other browser)
Minimum "Power User" rights or "Computer Administrator".  (The software will not work If your User ID is a "Limited Account" )
If you are trying to connect at work, please check with your IT manager first.  Most network administrators will block what they consider to be not "normal" web traffic.

If you are using a 3rd Party Internet Security application. Make sure you "allow" or "enable access" during installation.  Click here for instructions on how to temporarily disable McAfee Security
If you are using Windows 7 and/or Internet Explorer 9.  The first time you connect to the DVR, you will have to change your UAC settings to "Never Notify"  Once you have successfully connected for the first time, you can change your UAC back to default settings.  ALSO, each time you connect to the DVR you will have to run Internet Explorer as Administrator (Right click on the IE icon, left click on "Run as administrator"

Click here to remove the ActiveX plug-in from your computer.  Doing this will require a re-installation of the DVR software.
